Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for Spotless Fresh Start if you fall into one of these categories:
- Elderly individuals living alone and unable to keep up with housework.
- Disabled individuals who face physical challenges in maintaining their homes.
- Military veterans experiencing financial or personal difficulties.
- Pregnant women or women who have recently given birth and need help adjusting.
- Families impacted by natural disasters such as hurricanes, who need help getting back on their feet.
Single parents struggling to balance daily responsibilities. - Individuals recovering from serious illness or injury who need a clean, safe space to heal.
- Caregivers who spend their time supporting others and need a helping hand.
If you or someone you know falls into one of these categories, please submit an application or nominate someone in need.
Application Timeline
After submitting your application, the process works as follows:
- Application Review: Your application will be carefully reviewed by our team. Each application is considered based on the individual’s story and needs. We aim to respond within 2-3 weeks of receiving the application.
- Referral Check: We will contact the referrals you provide to verify your story and gather additional insights from your support network.
- Decision: After the review, we will contact successful applicants to confirm their approval and discuss the next steps for scheduling their cleaning.
- Scheduling the Clean: Once approved, we’ll work with you to find the best day and time for your cleaning service.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or call to finalize the clean and any additional requests.
Due to the volume of applications, not all applicants will be selected immediately.
